Features & System Requirements
The InTouch Intra-Office Paging System is an automatically configured, non-intrusive paging system provides customized color and sound for each staff member, required-action icons, instant messaging, page reminders and several Do Not Disturb features.
InTouch replaces very costly hardwired-based wall-mounted units of the past. This easy to use software allows users to discreetly page specific staff members using customized color and sound for each individual.
Fully customizable Action Icons allow the InTouch Intra-Office Paging System to be valuable in any office environment from medical/dental, veterinary and chiropractic offices to general office situations such as income tax offices, government agencies or law firms. The applications are endless.
The Instant Messaging feature provides staff members with a means to communicate discreetly between specific intra-office locations or to send general messages to all locations.
